Gentle Yoga and QiGong

Keep your body and mind healthy as you age! I'm delighted to be starting a Gentle Yoga and QiGong class in Killearn Kirk Hall on Monday mornings, starting Monday 10th March at 10am.
It'll be a very relaxing class based around the Wise Ones system: a unique, flowing movement sequence that resets the body clock and helps with mobility, strength and well-being.
We will use both breath and movement to help recenter and find a moment of calm.
The class can be done partially or fully seated, and is aimed at those aged 65+, but is open to all.
